Prince Greg

Prince Greg was born September 15, 1990 in Orlando, Fl. He was raised in a single mother household. At a young age he developed an appreciation and love for music and basketball devoting all his time to be successful in both areas. He began freestyling with his older cousin and older sister around the age of 4 developing the art of storytelling and lyrical wit which can be heard in his music to this day. In the 4th grade he began writing lyrics using rappers such as Tupac, The Hot Boyz, Do or Die, and Mystikal as his main influences. In the 5th grade he got in trouble for writing a rhyme that made fun of a student in his class after it was passed around ending up in her hands which led to her crying. He spent countless evenings throughout his adolescent years listening to and studying a variety of artists provided by his older cousin. In school he excelled in classes dealing with art and english which furthermore clarified his gift and love for the arts and literature. With a growing disinterest in school and only wanting to spend his time playing basketball and creating music his grades began to spiral downward. In 2009 he created the name of his crew, MBM, and in that same year he was kicked out of school for bad attendance and grades. Prince Greg started pursuing rap full time and was introduced to producer E.Nix through a mutual friend. Through their bond in music they began working and continue working together creating music hoping to make their story a success.
