Skope: How did you react after you were selected for A2W?
Prince Greg: I rarely smile, and finding out I was selected for A2W was one of those rare moments i did.
Skope: What are you currently promoting the most via an album, tour, single etc?
Prince Greg: My album titled “M.B.M Vol.1? that will be released late-2011/early-2012 through JMD Records/INgrooves/Universal. Also my mixtape titled “Sex, Money & Drugs 2? that was released on 04/25/2011.
Skope: At what age did you start to play music and want to make it a career? Prince Greg: I began rapping around the age of five, and since eleven I knew music was what I wanted to do.
Skope: Where do you turn these days to hear new music?
Prince Greg: Honestly, I only listen to me unless something else catches my attention. And that’s not often.
Skope: What is your ideal mood & setting to write & play music?
Prince Greg: There isn’t one for me. No matter what my mood is, the place, weather, or time I’m always ready and wanting to create music.

Royalty does not exactly mean having just royal blood. Anyone can be royalty as long as youve got regal dreams.
Prince Greg is one such royalty. Born in 1990 in Orlando, Florida, Prince Greg war raised by a single mother but no matter, it only made him discover his first loves: music and basketball. At age 4, his older sister and cousin influenced him to try freestyle rap and lo and behold, even as a toddler he could spew rhymes just like that. He was a storyteller with a lyrical wit which is evident in his music to this day.
In 4th grade, Prince Greg started to write lyrics with icons 2Pac, The Hot Boyz, Do or Die, and Mystikal making big impressions on his young, developing mind. When he wasnt in school, he listened and studied a variety of artists, still with the help of his older cousin. In school, he excelled in art and English which cemented his love for arts and literature.
In 2009, Prince Greg pushed for a different life, this time going into music full time. He formed his crew MBM but by doing this, he got kicked out of school. It was a real blow but Prince Greg stood up and dusted himself. He was introduced to producer E. Nix by a mutual friend and this collaboration proved to be the start of something big. Success is now within Prince Gregs reach and you bet, he grabbed and held onto it. And Prince Greg is determined to be part of raps monarchy for a very long time.
