Her music is sometimes described as “funky, rhythmic, eclectic, yet always soulful.” Fusing Latin, African, and American contemporary music along with her sensitive, yet honest lyrics, she has created a sound that is simply unique. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese she blends the languages perfectly together to create music that is truly universal. Constantly moving around as a child, gave her an appreciation for diversity and an awareness of the bigger picture. “All of a sudden the US wasn’t big enough, "It gave me the itch, to discover…to grow.”
Princess La Tremenda is currently recording her debut album, "Mandinguera" (Loosely translated as “one protected by the spirits”). A intoxicating blend of traditional/new world grooves and sultry vocals. Unafraid to explore new avenues and bending genres of music she writes music from heart, propelled by her energetic and interactive stage shows, she comes full circle as a complete entertainer. Being the consummate performer, she has graced the stages with such artists as Los Hombres Calientes, Las Munequitos De Matanzas, and Victor Manuelle among many others.
