Tracks on the EP are suggestive of the band’s broad range of influences, including reggae, surf rock and 80’s underground pop. Fans have compared their signature sound to a broad range of bands like She & Him, Interpol, Modest Mouse and St. Vincent.

Tracks from the EP are streaming online at stations like Last FM, Jango and Grooveshark, through which the band continues building an international fan base including Scandinavia, France, Canada, the UK and Ireland.

Listeners are saying:
“It’s easy to get lost in the ethereal and seraphic air of Empty Vessels; the song is mind-blowing for an unsigned band...” – iTunes listener

“One of the most original-sounding bands I’ve heard in a long time.” –North Dakota listener

“I kind of like that they don't quite ever let the cat out of the bag in their music. Although I have to admit, there's a part of me that keeps waiting for the track to morph into one of those big blown out Smashing Pumpkins kind of thing.” Billy Thin, Songshooter.com

“This brought a few things to mind, from The XX to Beach House to going back further something like Lush... personally I'm a fan and I think you guys are making some very cool music...” –California listener
