BandRockPunk

Our band is full of 4 colorful members. All unique in there own respect both musically and personally. We all carry our own sense of style into our music making it unique. Somewhat folk/indie/hardcore/rock/fugazirock/zillabillybobrock

Biography

Our band started on a cold day in december 2006. When 4 friends all from other local bands wanted to play music again. 6 practices in we had 4 solid songs and were already off to a very good start. With influences ranging from Norah Jones to Underoath it's hard to say what we really sound like. We have the heart and drive that other bands seem to lack in Minnesota. The most important thing for us is the live show. It's in your face and raw and we can't get enough of it

So you can drown in the lake or choose to breath in the smoke
or you can make the grade and just sink in the snow
but dont dare to be different cause you just wont know
where to begin

did you die that night you found out you lost your adolescence
or did you survive prior lake and live out your ambitions
"well i havent really done much i've just been singing"

I'm falling away this town is taking me under so we'll sit
inside in fear of being like the others

So I will spend my nights alone in a bed just wishing
I am the talk of the town I am there vision
My girlfriend she is so pretty

I've chosen the steepist hill the darkest road
and so i will scream until i'm coughing up blood

So will you so will you so will you sing?

Why Not Try

Written By: Foster Kardos

They collected his ashes in a sea of ciggerets
and a hungarian urn by request
"hes got 40 days to live but you've got plenty
of time to say goodbye"

They collected his ashes in a sea of ciggerets
it sent a wave of I love you's full of regret
"hes got 40 days to live and you've got plenty of time
to say goodbye"

We'll keep you here until you die
so pray to god to make it right
but he's not here by your side
and you sense the end so why not try

to be saved to leave this bed to leave all your
fears behind. But "I wanna die its been 60 years full of life"
I hear you calling someones name(Sabrina) I hear you falling down
the stairs. The cancer is deadly its burning right threw you
now your gone and I miss you

This Summer We Stay Alive

Written By: Foster Kardos

There was this big bright world left for us
with plenty of things to mess up (we messed up)
I got my trigger finger ready in case they come
I got my bible versus memorized in case they got guns
(they have guns) well like the many men before me I
will kneel in the sun (we wont run)

So we'll pitch a tent in summer and stay for the night
we'll scream out all the songs we couldnt sing right
"Oh my god I finally feel alive"
and we'll drink to the stars and until the morning light
and clap around this fire and sing to the night
"Oh lord, this is why I fight"

There was this big bonfire left for us
with plenty of water to put it out (we let it burn)
You've got a heavy lisp when lying I can tell you
messed it all up unlike the many men before me I wont run

So we'll pitch a tent in summer and stay for the night
we'll scream out all the songs we couldnt sing right
"Oh my god, I finally feel alive"
and we'll sing to the stars and until the morning light
and clap around this fire and drink to the night
"oh lord, this is why I fight we'll stay alive tonight"
Tonight
Tonight
Tonight
I will stay alive
