Prode-G "Da Brown Bomber"

Storming from Miami Florida, Hedley Colomer; also known as Prode-G is a Hip-Hop artist who has built a reputation by lyrically and poetically portraying vivid snapshots of his surroundings in Miami’s mean inner city streets and displaying them in musical form, “Revolutionary signature tunes” as he would call his unique yet versatile style. Prode-G can be compared to the likes of Tupac, Scarface, Master P, and Nas yet keeping his South-East “Bottom Boy” flow authentic.

At a tender young age Prode-G was already becoming a product of his environment, involving himself in criminal activities, drugs and street gang affiliation. Witnessing the destructive nature of this lifestyle sparked an interest for a turn around which led him back to his Christian roots and in Jesus Christ he found redemption and the peace his soul thirst for. As a new born again Christian he struggled playing both sides of the fence taking on an independent album project called “Gangster Funk” in which he continued to rap and promote sex, fast money, drugs and violence. In the fall of 2009 Prode-G gathered a group of local artists in the state of Nebraska where he rented a venue and put together a concert. He headlined closing the show. The convicting thought of being lukewarm for God’s kingdom weighed heavy on his heart. He cancelled the completion of the “Gangster Funk” album project and re-submitted his life to God.

Now, Prode-G is fully committed to walking in the Lord’s purpose and calling for his life. He is currently working on a long awaited Gospel Rap project in hopes to reach this generation with a message of hope, God’s unfailing love and forgiveness. We can expect great things from Prode-G as he is dedicated to reaching the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ infused in his testimonial and influential Hip Hop music.
