PROJECT LAJKA

Project Lajka was established in spring 2003 in the cultural associations of civil party in K4 Moravian Budejovice. Smidak (guitar) and Elvis (bass) met here more or less randomly and they said they would be able to play something together. Half a year originated repertoire, which then enriched to joining Project Lajka Vasek (drums). This collaboration eventually resulted in the musical projectile Project Lajka. After a year and a quarter of the band adds Hedvika (vocals, flute), which gives another dimension to songs. The composition of the Project Laika works up to 2008. In 2008 Hedvika issued for a career of motherhood. Project Lajka, on the shore and another group in a renewed period of trio compositions.

2008 - Vaclav had tendon problems on hand. Now I do not know which it was, anyway, we played almost an entire year. The first performance in 2008 was held in the fall and it was at the opening of the exhibition at the Moravian Budejovice. We started playing again in a trio and we enjoyed it too. It is such a raw and we love it.

2009 - This is quite an interesting year. We started playing in a trio hone and meanwhile, spent drinking quality beer in our favorite restaurants. We played concerts in February we recorded the first demo, the trio that zove No Time Toulouse. The idea to its realization and the whole concept of demos we have arranged in the restaurant Benny Club, and the demo is a men's restrooms stilizováno. Ha-ha. In June (I think) we participated in making moravskobudejovicky vyber II. with other bands.

2010 - it was probably a failure. Perhaps we toured and took drugs or drank, because I got in the fog. I have to ask the guys if know anything about it.

2011 - We played again in new places where no one has ever heard of us. Good was playing with the T4 band and also an interesting experience playing EuroTrialog festival.
