Prophacy

I am really as independent as it gets in the music world. Using my own equipment and whatever living space I happen to be in, I've recorded three full length albums now. God has blessed me in incredible ways in this gift that has been entrusted to me. Over the years I've had the opportunity to share through hip-hop the love of God, the good news of Christ, and the works of the Spirit with people who wouldn't otherwise give the subject a second glance. I love what I do and I can't imagine myself not doing it.

I am currently a student at the Candler School of Theology working on my Masters of Divinity. I am seeking eventual ordination in the United Methodist Church. I consider the music I do to be part of the ministry to which I am called. Though I don't understand myself to be "a business," I do remain completely non-profit. All money I receive for any of my music gets recycled back into my music fund to go towards whatever next project I am working on.

I just released my newest album, "Prism," in late April. This album takes a truthful look at the nature of God, the questions that arise in the faith, and the transcendence of truth in the world. I hoped to stir the listener's minds and souls with the tracks on this album, hoping that they would seriously consider their own understandings of all things divine, and then seek them out truthfully.

God has certainly blessed me in many ways in my life, and this music is just facet. I am trying to embrace what has been given to me and return it 10 fold. I love what I do, and I hope to convey that love with the words on my songs.
