Prospect OD

With just a handful of authentic lyricists in today’s music industry; Miami, Florida’s own Prospect O.D. has proven himself to be among the elite. He (has) separated himself from other artists by giving us quality music and not just a good beat. He writes about issues that get overlooked like child abuse ("Dusty Window") and teen pregnancy ("Donna"). He is taking his music to new heights with his versatile flow, engaging words and enticing smile. At the age of 8, he was no stranger to hardships after he lost his mother. Even with the numerous road blocks he has faced, he managed to endure and keep pushing (learning to master his craft). He started writing poems in middle school to freestyling on the corner with his friends. Now, he spends at least  40 hours a week in the studio, either listening to instrumentals or writing new tracks,  to contemplating his next move; all while working his regular 9-5.  As some would put it, he has a lot to say and he can really over dose on the music, hence the O.D. in his name.He is bringing back a part of what Hip-Hop used to be; real music. He has performed at several open mics and local clubs all over Florida.
