Following in the rich tradition of Bay Area hip-hop comes a fresh voice of a generation, Pryde Messiah.
Political. Taking his rhymes and messages seriously the prolific young Pryde touches on subjects of slavery, police brutality, self empowerment, respect and racism. Groomed on the lyrical content of artists like Nas, Biggie, and Rakim, and staying clear of the tired Bling-hop clichés that flood the hip hop market today, Pryde reaches out to his peers helping to unify their collective voices and is not shy about cracking his lyrical whip on the backs of injustice.
