Born out of the need for therapy...
Psychohectic started as expressive freeform jam sessions with the intention of releasing the wave of the emotional highs & lows that come with life... our only creed being
"Any technique is ok.... all techniques are equal... none more important than the other..."

The mood determined the music..!!

Overtime, a group of grooves/licks/sounds kept hanging around and with the addition of MiKel (vocals/keys) to the now weekly sessions, structures appeared and grooves were formed into a collection of songs...
psychohectic grooves as we called it !!
