Bio

Take a deep breath and inhale slowly. Feel a musical high like no other. PulL. This female duo puts an edge on Hip Hop/R&B music. They are poised to influence this industry with a sound that is a definite urban alternative.

Tiffany and Serena were classically trained at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia H. S. for the Arts & Performing Arts, where they developed their outstanding vocal skills. Originally part of a trio called Totally Basic, they signed their first deal with Atlantic Records, while still in high school. In the process of recording the album, they faced creative differences; and as a result the group parted ways with the label.

Shortly after leaving Atlantic Records, the girls management company renamed the group 3Series and independently release a single entitled "Your Life". It sold over 10,000 units in the first 3 months and was licensed in Japan. With the success of the single and much request of a second release, the girls were devastated when the third member left the group. Serena and Tiffany decided to continue on as Series, putting out their second single titled Philosophy, produced by Brian Michael Cox. It was an underground success. Their hard work and perseverance scored them the privilege of performing at Madison Square Garden and The MCI Center, respectively, singing The National Anthem. Those opportunities lead to them being a featured act on the NBAs Rhythm N Rims tour, performing alongside Alicia Keys, Britney Spears and Bow Wow. However, when it was time to renew the contract with their indie-label, negotiations were unsuccessful. Tiffany and Serena opted out of their contract.

Unwilling to settle, the ladies remained determined and developed their skills as songwriters and honed their craft. Paying dues is expected and their challenges taught them to be persistent. They reinvented themselves as PulL meaning to inhale because music is a high!

In 2005 they were finalists in the Fast Track competition on UPNs Half & Half, and chosen the winners by Jimmy Jam and Terri Lewis. Along with their manager Farrell Mungo, PulL formed an independent label and released the song they performed on the show, their undeniable hit "To Love You Again."

These versatile young women are set on beating the odds. So when the smoke clears, whats revealed is something so intoxicating and fierce that you are sure to be addicted. PulL is more than ready, willing and able to do what it takes to reign at the TOP!!
