Bio

TUC STACKS was born and rasied in Chase City,Va. a small town outside of Richmond. "I've been around music all my life. In a small town like Chase City, music is one of the few good alternatives to prison. I've seen some of my friends and even a few close family members ruin their lives by using or selling drugs. I'm not saying that my hands are totally clean but I knew I wanted something better".

"TUC" as he's known to his friends began writing his own lyrics at the age of 15. Before long, he was performing at local shows. Eventually TUC made the move to the "A" (Atlanta,GA) where he met New Orleans native "YOUNG DEVIOUS". When asked how they met they both give the same response, "Game recognizes game". "Deevs" and I met at work. We started hanging out and one day we were listening to some instrumentals and freestylin' and before we knew it we were spittin' our own written lyrics. IT WAS A LOCK! We hooked up with DC and Ronnie of DCR ENTERTAINMENT and the result is PURE PRADUCT".

YOUNG DEVIOUS was born in New Orleans, La. "On the streets of New Orleans we had to grow up fast. At the age of 22 I've witnessed and survived some things that people twice my age will never see; if they're lucky. With my mom working all the time and my grandparents doing their best to help out with six other grandchildren I did alot of hanging on the block". "Young Devious" or "Deevs" spent a lot of his days and most of his nights on "the block" studying "the game".

Seeing the rise and fall of others and eventually getting into trouble himself helped to fuel Deevs' desire for a better life. "Music wasn't something I planned to do. Rapping and writing poetry was a hobby for me in school. The more I kept writing and rapping I started to believe that through music there was a chance for me to not only survive but to thrive. I left school and moved to Atlanta where I met TUC. It didn't take long for us to figure out that we both had a love for this type of music. TUC introduced me to DC and Ronnie of DCR ENTERTAINMENT and the rest is just PURE PRADUCT.
