"HOPE BEACH Audition Review"

I was able to showcase 4 to 5 bands a night and was happy to preview over 35 local acts. Quarter Life was one of these bands
The talent showcased, was truly incredible and one of the best bands I have seen in quite a long time was Quarter Life.
I had never heard of Quarter Life before February of 2005 but when Quarter Life hit the Stage on Sunday April 24th they instantly blew me away, from their first song to their last they played tight, and the talent amongst each band member was incredible, their music is diverse, fun, and hits all demographics that we wanted to reach at Hope. Quarter Life was a hit in every way. They are a fun and engaging band that I think has what it takes to make a mark on the Canadian and international Music Market.
It was a pleasure to have them play our Main stage, supporting Thornley and 3 Days Grace on Saturday July 9th and they helped us in raising $750,000.00 for this years local charities.

"106.9 fm THE BEAR"

"Home" was one of the ten finalists in this year's National Songwriting Contest, Ottawa Division, which is an incredible achievement when you consider there were 463 entries. I think you should know that "Home" came in a very close second. I do not know if you can say one song is better than another at that point. It is all a matter of personal preference. We will be giving "Home" airplay over the next few months. I am sure we will get lots of positive feedback on this track!”

"580 CFRA"

“Quarter Life doesn’t pollute your brain like a cheesy pop song and even when you don’t realize it, you sing along all day. My CD player has been on repeat since I put in their EP. These guys are wicked and their tunes keep swimming in my head. The crisp lyrics mirror daily life. Quarter Life’s story is just beginning and one can only hope that it swells” - Adam Grachnik

"93.1 fm CKCU "Wake the Folk UP""

"Quarter Life’s debut EP is a catchy four-song sampling of Peter Voith’s skillful songwriting. With tight rhythms and notable melodies, the album is a reflection of Ottawa’s strong youth musical community, featuring many talented local young people whose aptitudes should be more well-showcased. Quarter Life has a solid foundation and a promising sound.”

- Rachel Hauraney

Quarter Life, one of Ottawa’s freshest new bands with a FULL LENGTH ALBUM coming out in the Spring of 2007. It takes its name from that point in life where it's time to rock out, feel good about playing music, and loving every second.
