Bio

Former members of touring bands From Good Homes and Kings in Disguise and Kate & Paul have teamed up in a highly-charged, New Jersey based contemporary folk collaboration. Quarter Moon with an undercurrent of gospel and Celtic influence interprets folk and roots rock numbers with creative new arrangements colored by violin/mandolin, slide guitar and four part harmonies. These along with jazzy/R&B originals result in a powerful and distinctive sound. Their hauntingly beautiful cover of Bob Dylan's "I Believe in You" is exemplary and appears on the October 2002 release, Thinking About Bob Dylan, a compilation/tribute album produced by IndieCDs recording group.
