Bio

Chicago’s Que B.I.L.L.A.H. (born Cinque Singleton) has used comedy infused Hip Hop to become a staple of Chicago’s Hip Hop scene, and now he sets his sights on growing his name nationally. With his clever word-play, live stage show, and intrinsic marketing skills, Que B.I.L.L.A.H. captures more fans with each passing day.
B.I.L.L.A.H.’s story is one of a self-made emcee who has grown his reputation and skill through hard work and humility. His unique brand of Hip Hop connects with everyday people by putting their thoughts into words, and exploring the day-to-day struggles and success that we all face.
His signature style is on full display in the widely popular “I Ain’t Got No Minutes,” in which Que raps about his monthly battle to keep his minutes low and his bank account up. And just as Que says in the song, ‘it’s not a game or gimmick…’, Que takes his craft very seriously, and his genuine love of Hip Hop music and culture are the foundation of his growth.
Inspired by groundbreaking artists such as Common, Redman, Busta Rhymes, Outkast, Public Enemy, The Roots, and Dick Gregory to name a few, Que’s music and live show cut across multiple genres and fan bases. Fans may see QB rocking with a live band, humorously sharing tall tales of sexcapades in motor vehicles, paying respects to Chuck D, and spitting alongside G.O.O.D. Music’s Really Doe and Phil G, all at the same show. His live shows and parties regularly pack Chicago venues, and fully illustrate the versatility of this true Emcee.
The Source Magazine recognized Que’s promise with a feature article in their storied “Unsigned Hype” column. In addition, Que has been a go to opening act for national artists including Ludacris, Rich Boy, Snoop Dogg, Twista, and David Banner.
But Que’s days of being an opening act are slowly coming to an end. It’s headline time for QB, and he’s definitely up to the task.
