Bio

The name "Que Cera" translates into exactly what this band stands for... "What Will Be." Each member grew up in the suburbs of New Jersey, stretching their musical talent amongst the other young bands in the local scene. In 2004, Paul Fernandez and Seth Lefberg started the band with an original drummer and bass player. They released a demo and started something that they never thought they would be considering a career. A year later they stepped into the studio with a certain producer. Mike Turner produced the 2005 e.p. release "Deny, Understand, or Comply." This set a milestone for the band in the sense that their local fans got a taste of a new style, and good things to come. The band toured up and down the east coast and supported their release. It was then in 2006 when the band teamed up with Danny "Bronx" Vosk to fill in on bass and back up vocals. They toured through the mid-west, and survived on cd and merchandise sales. Finally after countless arrangements, the band went back into the studio with producer "Mike Turner." This time Mike stepped in and played drums on three new songs. Que Cera just released a three song demo titled, 'Mortin Crosby." They have set the tone for the rest of their career as they have compiled four of the more talented musicians in the local New Jersey scene right now. In an era of generic talent, and repeatitve actions, "Que Cera" is to be considered a rock-n-roll rebellion. They are a reminder to the elder, and teachers to the youth, that rock-n-roll will never die.
