Bio

Queen Niyahbingai was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. From Chicago to Minnesota to Pennsylvania she too will rise for she still shines. The Queen has definitely been putting in work although she has not been on the stage for a while it does not mean that her heart is not in it. Niyahbingai definitely has what it takes to be a successful artist, and has written and recorded several songs. “The songs just come to me”, she says. “At times they even come to me through my dreams. It is definitely a gift from a higher power to be able to do what I do, and that’s write such beautiful songs”. It has truly been a struggle for the Queen on her journey of life from an almost fatal tragedy as a child to relationships whether business or personal. There are obstacles in her way constantly but she refuses to lose. Her feeling so adamant about not wanting to lose her way in music lead her to write the first single entitled; “I don’t want to lose”. Niyahbingai is an artist that can definitely catch the ears of her listeners and be a household name to all generations. Her music speaks of her personal life experiences/friends, and the atrocities that sweep the nations. The purpose is to speak for those that cannot be heard and reach those that need to hear. Just lend her your ear and this versatile artist will keep you wanting more.

Queen Niyahbingai is a singer/songwriter, poet, hip-hop artist, actor, and all that she inspires to be. Now currently residing in Pennsylvania Niyahbingai has written, and recorded several hip-hop and R&B songs. She is long over due to release her debut album this year titled; "The Coming". The title derived from her wanting to let the listeners know that it is her time, and she’s here. It has been destined for her to bless the crowds with her unique style that demands the attention through her words spoken. Niyahbingai has so much to give, and is sure to leave you with something to remember her for, whether she slams you with spoken word, rough lyrics, singing songs of love, freedom or change. She thrives to extend her love, and passion to others through music. Her lyrics are brilliant. Niyahbingai received the title Queen from her blessing the mic, and hosting an open mic event when residing in the twin cities. She was a part of the “Vibin Collective”, which was a group of artists that held an open mic venue every week. Extending her gift to help others she has performed at fundraisers for the sick, and for peace in the communities. In 2004, she performed for the peace foundation, and hit the cover page of the Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder. She also hit the stage putting her acting skills to work performing in a core play put on by Soulistic Playhouse called “For color Girls and Black Boys the Remix”. Niyahbingai appeared as the Lady in Green, and put her soulful vocals to use as she played a role as Nina Simone singing Summertime. The Queen is also in the process of working on an album with her fiancé. The two of them make up the group Full of Pain. She has also written, and recorded several songs for this album as well. So be on the look out for Queen Niyahbingai. The time has come, AND SHES HERE!
