Since starting during high school in 2001, Quick and the Dead has rapidly developed a following with their catchy songs, positive message, and live performance. Blending different styles from pop rock to metal, they have developed a unique sound that they are proud to call their own.
Everything the band has done they have done on their own including touring and recording over 50 different songs that have been recorded in their tiny apartment. They also design their own merchandise and create their own websites.
With their full-length albums and EPs, they have sold more than 4,000 copies and thousands more have been downloaded and listened to online.
One of the bands strongest features is their live performance. Playing over 500 shows all over the West Coast has helped the band create one of the most energetic and entertaining live shows around.
Having shared the stage with such bands as Squad Five-0 (Capital/Tooth & Nail), Eleventeen (Sessions Records), NIV (Victory/Facedown Records), Prodigal (Arista Records), and more Quick and the Dead has learned what it takes to put on a solid live performance and win over new fans at every show.
After coming off the West Coast run of the "Extreme Tour" this past summer, Quick and the Dead took time off to write and record a new full length CD entitled "Consider Your Options" which has been the bands best thus far. The CD has everything from pop rock with melodic lyrics to heavy catchy rock. Quick and the Dead shows no signs of slowing down and are here to stay.
