Quinn Lewis

Nashville based artist Quinn Lewis, released a brand new single last week called “Addicted”. New to the GoodMusicAllDay pages, Quinn Lewis is a melting pot of electro-pop music, inspired by R&B roots. The original version, laced with synths and booming bass lines struck a chord with me as it was the first experience I had listening to Quinn and it was a pleasant one to say the least. There’s a sense of sincerity in his voice that doesn’t come around too often in today’s over saturated pop scene that gave me a visceral, transparent feeling of compassion and honesty as he woos his way across the instrumental.

Today, we’re premiering the stripped down and beautifully depicted video for “Addicted”, as part of Quinn’s “Stripped Sessions” video series. Smokey and vibrant at the same time, the black and white video shows Quinn confessing his feelings to his other half, almost making it seem like they’re just out of frame, staring right back at him. The entire look is raw, but powerful and showcases Quinn’s ability to glide around on the guitar while still keeping the story behind the song true. I personally enjoy the stripped down video more so than the original, strictly on the fact that I can feel more from this version.

Either way, the Australian born artist is on his way to making a name for himself here in this amazing Nashville music community and beyond. His upcoming EP, also titled Addicted is set to drop in October. - GoodMusicAllDAy

Aussie Quinn Lewis is making synth-pop waves in Nashville, pairing a Sam Smith worthy voice with emotionally charged lyrics like:

"You're my heartbreaker / Nothing else can bring me down / You're my soul shaker / Heartbreaker now"
