BandRockAlternative

Quoth the Raven is an up-beat, alternative rock band with vintage guitars, harmonic melodies, and solid hooks.

Biography

We just released our debut album, Nevermore, mixed and mastered at Treelady Studios in Pennsylvania.

Quoth the Raven is an alternative rock trio featuring driving rock rhythms, lush blues riffs, classical harmonic melodies, and poetically evocative lyrics.

Brett plays Gibson guitars and Vox amplifiers.

Peter plays a Fender Jazz bass through a Trace Elliot rig.

David plays the custom QTR kit made of birch, by David himself.

Misty

Angels have Wings
But they don’t always fly
Sometimes they just drink coffee
And smoke cigarettes
And bow to the children walking by

Misty has Wings
And she’ll take you very high
But sometimes you just sit around
And watch the pretty girls
On the bikes riding by

We all have Wings
But we’ve all forgotten why
Sometimes we just sit around
And laugh at the joke
As life passes by

Loved and Lost

Since the day
That you left
I’ve sat and wondered why
Was it me
Or maybe it was never meant to be

All the things
That I miss
The way you smile
The way you talk
The way we kissed

Do you still
Think of me
Or has it faded
Like some long
Lost distant memory

So even though
I still love you so
Who’s to say
It’s better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all
