Quoz

There is something familiar about the sound of Quoz. Something about it stirs you on a very personal level. Even if you have never heard the modern rock & roll music of Quoz, it is instantly recognizable. The driving tunes make you want to crank the volume and sing along. The meaningful lyrics give you something to relate to - the sense that each song is taken from a chapter of your own life. The sound is fresh and energetic – as comfortable as slipping into an old pair of jeans.

Then again, maybe you have heard Quoz somewhere before? The guitar-driven song “Solitary” has been in regular rotation at Turner Field during Atlanta Braves home games. In fact, the Braves asked Quoz to record an updated, rockin’ version of the Tomahawk Chop – now the new standard to get fans on their feet and into the game. Other songs, “Supernova” and “Slap in the Face” have been given airplay on television broadcasts of NBA games on TNT and ESPN College Football.

Now, with Grammy winning producer Don McCollister at the helm, Quoz has recently completed their first full-length CD – Slap in the Face. There is something on this CD for everyone. Every song has that familiar quality. The only question is, which Quoz song will be your favorite?
