R.E.A.L tha Poet is an MC based out of Lexington, KY. R.E.A.L uses vivid imagery to paint a graphic picture of everyday life. Sharp imagery cuts through his smooth delivery as R.E.A.L navigates the difficulty of standing out amongst his peers, balancing aspirations with family life and the ills we are exposed to by the powers that be. His influences include Outkast, Cunninglynguists, Lupe Fiasco, Jay-Z and The Roots. R.E.A.L also lends his talents to 107.9 The Beat's DJ Daddy King, providing the introduction to the popular radio show.
