Bio
Ever since she can remember, Rachael has been singing and making up her own words to songs. At the age of fourteen, she discovered the art of the guitar. She began writing songs by piecing together her original poems, forming what is now her first album, wilted flowers. Though the album is finished and on it's way, she is still creating more and more songs.
Her main musical influences have been Michelle Branch, Jeremy Camp, Avril Lavigne, and Sheryl Crow. She admires and is inspired by the lyrics, vocals, and instrumental abilities of all these artists.
The basis of her album and her life is her Savior, Jesus Christ. She finds her inspiration through the trials and tough times she faces. Not only that, but also the good times and how wonderful it feels to be with God and glorifying Him by just breathing.
Throughout her life rachael has gone through many ups and downs. She faced a very hard time during middle school that has shaped who she is now. She feels that no matter where someone has come from, it's who they have become due to those situations that really counts. Now at the age of sixteen, Rachael has become a stronger christian and one step closer to her goal ... to glorify her Father through her music.
