RADICAL BLOOD ORANGE is a noise-pop-rock live band formed in Los Angeles by Chikako Horii, a Japanese recording artist and lead singer from TWIGGY, (currently Universal Records) and her school buddies, John Wells, (Guitar) and Kelly Weaver (Drums). Lately, Jin Higuchi, (Guitar) replaced John in order to expand the band’s international possibilities. Finally finished are three new demo songs. The hard-edgy straight rock, “Mind Game”, a brand-new noise-pop, “Wasn’t There Anything?”, and a popular ballad, “Eddie”. All of which were recorded with the support of featured bassist, Andrew James. Suddenly their music has come alive. The band is illuminated with a powerful energy force. People are convinced. IT IS TIME TO ROCK!!! Their influence comes from late 80’s/ 90’s rock including The Smashing Pumpkins and My Bloody Valentine, not limited to the 70’s classic rock band, Led Zeppelin. Currently, they are preparing their first music video and their first tour in 2010. Why not CHECK OUT their action this year.
