Radioactive Squirrels

Radioactive Squirrels

Radioactive Squirrels perform unique versions of classic rock songs with an unconventional edge. Their influences include the Ramones, Violent Femmes, The Doors, U2, Elvis Presley, Queen, Rolling Stones and everything else that remains timeless and still rocks.

“A fun-loving band with contagious energy that the crowd responds to; professionals on and off the stage with a well-rounded set list that will appease most everyone – everyone loves the Squirrels!” - Richard Torine, Harborfest

"When I went to your website and realized you guys were a cover band, honestly I was like, “Oh, a cover band.” Kind of disappointed. But then when I listened to it I said, “Yay!” because you took the songs and made them your own." - Tammy Peacy,

"Schuld has taken a fresh, energizing approach to classic rock and oldies tunes, adding a punk and alternative edge to them. Even songs like "Wipeout", "Happy Together" and the group's signature cover, "Paint It Black" get a frenetic, punky punch."- Bill Robbins, Kenosha News

"The Rolling Stones Would Be Proud" - Steve Salzman, 95 WIIL Rock

"I promise if you go see these guys live, it's a show you will not see any place else. These guys fill a void that other bands can't". - John Hemmer, WKRS Waukegan
