It is not by its complexity, but by its non complex style. It tries to entertain. "Schokolade" is the debut album of the mexican band RaDio LaTiNoS, a band that was formed by some former member of the band 38400 voces. RaDio LaTiNoS fusion traditional Caribbean rythms with electrick funk and rock, with a good guitar work in a jouney that takes us from the mid-tempo in "Nada Mejor" to the carnival mood in "Alegria", ending with the old vinyl LP sound that we wish not to stop.

"Schokolade" (que en aleman quiere decir chocolate) es el disco debut del grupo mexicano RaDio LaTiNoS, formado en el 2002 con algunos ex-integrantes de 38.400 Voces. Combinando ritmos tradicionales del Caribe como el ska, reggae, soca y zouk, el conjunto agrega funk electrico y rock, con una buena dosis de solos de guitarra y en un recorrido que va desde el mid-tempo "Nada Mejor" hasta el carnavalesco "Alegria", terminando con el sonido de un disco de vinilo que ha dejado de rodar y que quisieramos seguir escuchando.

From the ashes of 38400 voces born this project with its debut album. This material takes some old sounds. If you are from the who likes the 80´s sounds and the latin rythms this is the perfect gift for you. In the Ritmo Peligroso style and even in the Rabanes style, the Latinos knows how to play their instruments and make a party ambient of very fine quality.

RaDio LaTiNoS is a mix between a large number of influences, traditional Caribean music, reagge, pop, funk and more styles are fusioned by the band. The diverse musical background of the line up, express in the different ways to see the music.
The result is a Worldbeat sound, that finds its roots in the Caribean and goes for the modern sounds of rock-pop. The music is ready to be danced, you dont have to understand the lyrics, but feel the rythm, and that bit of erotik mood.
RaDio LaTiNoS is a real party by itself.
The band has been on promotion in Mexican TV in local and national networks, as Canal 22(in National and International broadcast), Azteca 7, Sicom 26 (Puebla) and in radio in Mexico and USA.
Just listen, feel and imagine the warm sand from a Caribbean beach.
