Bio

New York’s very own Radio Riot have quickly pushed and shoved their way through the circuit with their “party like you just made bail” brand of revel rock! The band’s combined years of musical and performing experience along with an enthusiastic nucleus of devoted and talented band members have helped skyrocket Radio Riot’s popularity. Whether it is a small backyard party for a crowd of firemen and their families or Budweiser’s “One Night Stand W/ Dale Jr.” at Mulcahy’s in Wantagh, they pride themselves on giving the crowd a kick ass performance. This professional attitude in conjunction with a mix of different styles of great sounding top 40 hits, modern and alternative rock, 80’s and 90’s favorites and more, this band has given club owners up and down the east coast a reason to “have a riot!” They are also making a name for themselves on the college scene. Having performed at over a dozen colleges so far, Radio Riot is becoming 'the band to have" if you are having an event at your school. Dartmouth, Williams, Clark, Hofstra, Cedar Crest, just to name a few.

People who have partied with Radio Riot always seem to comment on their great song selection and high-energy show. With a talented combo of male and female lead vocals (Marco Ribeiro and Bettina Levy), the sky’s the limit with their song list. Phil Bellia (lead guitar), John “Frog” Faughey (guitar, keys, backing vocals), Gregg Tilger (bass) and internationally famed drummer Frank Gilchreist drive this energy fueled musical machine. Whatever it may take, RR will find a way to please everyone in the crowd. It is actually interesting to watch the amalgamation that takes place between the band and the audience. The audience and the band seem to form a connection and become one by the end of the night. You’ll find New York’s hottest girls coming up to dance on stage and guys in the crowd helping the band belt out their testosterone-driven gang choruses to songs like Green Day’s “Holiday” and “We’re Not Gonna Take It” the Twisted Sister 80’s classic. By the end of the night you’ll feel like you’ve just been part of something special. If you haven’t already, it’s about time you get out there and work it with NY’s hottest new party rock band!
