R.A.D.S The Krusaders 2.0

R.A.D.S. The Krusaders 2.0 was formed in 2013 founded by leader/bassist Nic Allen, trombonist King Rich Owens and original member of the Jazz Crusaders, Joe Sample. They have been taking the Houston’s music scene by storm performing at numerous major jazz clubs such as Café 4212, Groves of Houston and The Mosaic Bar & Lounge. This group is the revamped and modern form of the Crusaders with the guidance of the late Joe Sample.

 The band adopted the Crusaders named after modeling their instrumentation and performing their greatest hits. R.A.D.S. represent the names of the founding members that includes the following: “King" Richard Owens, Nic Allen, Yul” QuickTime” Dorn, Jr. and Mark Scurlock, Jr. The latest addition to the band was the guitarist, that goes only by "Ichi", whom completed the band’s new sounds.
