Bio
RA DURTIES formed from the ashes of Edinburgh band Little Amber in 2009. Robbie and Steve are both professionals with full time jobs as chartered surveyor and psychiatrist respectively. However, their love for noisy music and live performance has kept them jamming and gigging! The sound has been described as "Queens of the Stone Age fighting with Death From Above 1979 after getting drunk at a Biffy Clyro gig". They liked that description. So far, they have only played a few gigs around Edinburgh, and while they are not seeking fame or fortune, do want to play more live shows. They have recently released one of their songs 'You Look Like Gaddafi' as an online single, and are currently finishing producing their new ep 'Timochek Teaparty'.
