""Kill By Inches" review"

"Kill By Inches: The Evolution Theory" is one of the bands most mature recordings to date. The band
sounds hard hitting and polished all at the same time.
The songs reach out and grab you by the throat, pull you toward them, and give you a
hickey that won't go away for several days. - Glen Starkey

""Room Full of Clowns" review"

I'm not clowning around when I say San Luis Obispo's alternative band Ragg is unique. It's standard punk meets metal with no definitive bridge between the two styles. The ultra quick-punk pace haphazardly crashes into slowed-down cymbal splashed choruses. The band also harmonizes among male and female members. If you're
looking for something different make room for Room Full of Clowns, Ragg's 3rd release.
- Ken Miller

""Room Full of Clowns" review"

Ragg's catchy, singable songs will have you hooked from the get go. This cutting edge alternative rock band has a lot to offer in the realm of getting a crowd motivated. The sound verges on experimental from the time to time but the rhythm section and bass keep them together and the listener from being lost. They don't shy away from taboos and they are certainly interested in seeing how far they can push the envelope. - Sol Smith

Bio

Ragg formed in 1997 with one idea to write good songs that were fun with lyrics that had something to say. As time went by Ragg experimented with many styles form Punk to Metal and eventually found the sound and songs that would define Ragg. Influences range from Metallica to Cold, Helmet and Skunk Anansie to Heart. Each member brings something different to the songs - we don't believe in a formula, we believe in ourselves, Ragg does not settle in life or our music.
