I'm not clowning around when I say San Luis Obispo's alternative band Ragg is unique. It's standard punk meets metal with no definitive bridge between the two styles. The ultra quick-punk pace haphazardly crashes into slowed-down cymbal splashed choruses. The band also harmonizes among male and female members. If you're
