Reggae recording artist, Ragga Lox is a real expression of lyrical talent. His smooth flow and confident delivery of songs on his music make him a true nowadays ambassador of reggae. His
voice compliments tracks in style resembling none. On stage, Ragga interacts with the audience, while using well organized lyrics and melodic flow to win fans over.

Rohan Robinson, more popularly known as Ragga Lox, was born on August 13th, in Jamaica. He grew up in the community  of Georges Valley, a small district on the out skirts of Mandeville, in the parish Manchester.

His debut release came in 1995; with three songs on a compilation CD for Rhythm One Records. His single, “Ghetto Youths”, was a favorite. Other releases, “Chocolates and Roses” and “Bright Light Big City”, were done from his production, Rtist4Rtist Ent.

To date, Ragga Lox has three studio albums, and is getting ready to release his fourth. The first Album “LIFE”, a demo album, was produce by Blackmind Records. The others, produced by Rtist4rtist Ent. “MUSIC IS MY LIFE”, Ragga Lox Tenth Anniversary Collection, is a collection of songs recorded for various producers, over Ragga’s first ten years of recording, and features appearances by Natty Remo, Jango Thriller, Ken Serious and Lee Kelly.
The other album, “STEPPA INNA BABYLON”, was produced in-conjunction with Undeniable Records, and features guest appearances from Richie Spice, Lutan Fyah, Mikey General and Ethiopian singer Jah Lude. Top single “ON DI CORNER”, was an instant success, and received enough airplay, to secure Ragga’s first number one song, on Clinton Lindsey’s reggae charts for New York, and the album also did well making it to the number 2 position on the album charts.

On a recent tour of California, Ragga Lox performed at Ashkenaz in Berkeley and Moe’s Alley in Santa Cruz, to name a few. He has also performed on numerous shows, including Reggae In The Valley, in Jamaica; Irie Jamboree, in NYC; One Love Africa, in Addis Ababa Ethiopia; and other shows, including performances in Shashamane Ethiopia , Nairobi Kenya, Atlanta, Miami and more.  Ragga Lox has also performed on shows featuring reggae greats such as Luciano, Gregory Isaacs, Bob Andy, Jr. Gong, Mykal Rose, Sizzla, Buju Banton, Beenie Man, Bounty Killa and more. Ragga was inspired by Bob Marley and Dennis Brown for their creativity, and the level of importance they brought to Reggae, but was more influenced by the early Charlie Chaplin, Josie Whales, Professor Nuts to name a few.
