Discography

As of now we have a 13 track "promo EP" which was recorded live in our practice space. We prefer to stick to mainly original tunes for fear of being pegged as a "bar band" or cover band, although we have a number of covers we can pull out if necessary, "I Got You (At The End of the Century)" by Wilco, "I Bombed Korea" by Cake, "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" by The Animals, "Cut Your Hair" by Pavement, etc.

Bio

Cold winters, hot summers. Hard territory. The kind of place that inspires four noble fools to brave the cold of the garage to try to get what they hear in their heads out onto tape. To create loud, soul defining music that tips and sways between joy and melancholy.

Brad Westness (rhythm guitar, vocals) and Joe McDonnell (lead guitar, vocals) bonded in this place, on excursions from home school drudgery and suburban malaise, the two friends found themselves in co-habitation with several old, slummy guitars, thrift-store organs and odd, assorted musical miscellany. Rather than try to fight this, they decided the only logical decision was to form a band.

After a long time spent dreaming, the band finally materialized after a friend forced them to play at his open mic. As an acoustic duo, the shows could not contain their minds. Seeking out a fuller sound, they soon joined forces with the likes of Greg Westness (percussion) and Eric Graham (bass). The project finally took shape.

Locating the sounds they had inside their heads, they set about to document, catalog and display for edification the specimen they had found: Ragged Bay.
