Rainey Vexen was born in Alabama, in a house full of talent and ambition on February 7.When she was able to experience her adulthood her journey as a neo soul/jazz artist would begin in Atlanta, GA.
As an independent artist, Rainey Vexen has a unique, universal sound in which she develops through her trials and tribulations.
