Bio

Rancho Deluxe is a Country band based in Los Angeles. Their sound is driven by Americana Roots songwriting and Bluegrass based instrumental breaks. Closer to Rock than Bluegrass and more Honky-Tonk than Rock, this is their critically acclaimed debut, produced by the band's guitarist, Jesse Jay Harris. Jesse and singer-songwriter Mark Adams started playing together in Chico, California where they went to college. Together they led several Rock and Americana groups, but driving Country Rock was always their calling. When they moved to Los Angeles, they quickly settled into an enthusiastic Country scene, recruiting Jesse’s brother, Graham to play bass. They released the Rancho Deluxe debut in November 2005 and it has since been hailed as a superb first effort by No Depression, Dirty Linen and musicians and critics the world over. An amazing group of Musicians support the core trio, including Pedal Steel Hall of Famer JayDee Maness (Vince Gill, Beck, The Byrds), Don Heffington on Drums (Bob Dylan, Lucinda Williams), Michael Witcher on Dobro (Dolly Parton, Peter Rowan) and successive National Fiddle Champion Megan Lynch.
