RANDALL JOHNSON CHUNG
Jazz Guitarist
Randall Johnson Chung is a Toronto, Canada- based guitarist who's textural flavor is a mixture of Jazz, Blues and Latin laden material reminiscent of Detroit based signature sound guitarist Bobby Murray, and vocals that are like the Detroit blues sound, with dynamic and graceful chops in each riff. As long as RJC focuses on the type of music being played his work will continue to excel.

Randall Johnson Chung is a versatile guitarist, bandleader, composer, whose flashy guitar style has appeared on recordings from as far away as Hong Kong.
Randall grew up listening to jazz, blues, reggae, and Latin music, and now makes his living performing, writing, and recording with his own jazz, funk, and original rock groups.
Randall earned a degree in music from York University, where he was the 1993 recipient of the prestigious Oscar Peterson Scholarship, awarded for excellence in Jazz Performance.
Randall's most recent recording, entitled "Isle of Jazz", pays tribute to his Jamaican heritage, by infusing jazz with the lively rhythms of the Caribbean.
