Just In Time - 2012
Happy Holiday - 2012

Many songs from both CD's have been streaming and on radio rotation internationally.

Growing up in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Randy had his own bands in the late ‘60’s and early 70’s, Mixed Breed and Black Lyghtning along side other great bands of the time including The Fugitives and The Thorns featuring Rick Lazar and Paul Shaffer.

From 1974-1976, Randy toured 10 countries with the World Renowned Platters group. His musical talent only became stronger under the direction of his fellow performers Jackie Richardson, Tony Gaines and Jason Mack.

In the 1980’s Randy, living in Vancouver, BC, performed in live entertainment venues provided by his agent at the time Paul Mascioli, owner of Prestige Entertainment Agency in Victoria BC. He also recorded a single cover of “Feel Like Making Love” produced by Hermann Fruhm at Mushroom studios, which received some radio airplay at the time across Canada. He also worked with producer Brian Griffiths at Little Mountain Sound, recording radio jingles for such clients as The Louisville Times and a tribute song for the University of British Columbia. In 1986, Randy left the entertainment business to marry and raise his two sons.

Randy now residing in Kitchener, Ontario, was encouraged to once again pursue his passion for music. In October of 2011 under the musical direction of award winning producer, J. Richard Hutt, he recorded his first CD “Just In Time” which was released in early 2012. Randy also recorded a Christmas CD “Happy Holiday” in the summer of 2012, which released November 1st, 2012. Songs from ”Just In Time” and “Happy Holiday” are currently receiving radio airplay on 12 stations in Southern Ontario including Easy 101.3 CKOT, 98.5 CKWR, The Jewel 88.5 CKDX, The Jewel 92.1 CKPC, The Jewel 98.5 CJWL, The Jewel 107.7 CKHK, also The Breeze 100.7 CFJL in Winnipeg and CIDO 97.7 in Creston BC.

A FACTOR Grant (Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent on Records) was awarded to Randy in the spring of 2012.

Presently, Randy performs with a very talented jazz quintet at various live venues in Ontario and has just started to record his third CD to be released in November 2013.
