Bio
Raoul and the Dukes are a Desert Rock/Experimental Punk band based out of Philadelphia PA paying homage to the life and work of Hunter S Thompson. Heavily influenced by the man himself and his work, the music has been described as catchy kick ass rock n roll with some of the most insane guitar licks ever heard as well as musical and lyrical influences coming from all genres of music and culture. The lyrics are catchy, while being thought provoking, bringing great energy for a live show. The crowd, more often than not, is singing along by the end. The band is wrapping up recording on their 2nd album and have begun production on their 3rd while playing as many shows and live streams all over the East Coast. They can make a fan out of anyone, from a kid at their first show, to adults at their thousandth. So, in the words of Hunter Thompson/Raoul Duke himself… “Buy the ticket, take the ride!”
