Raphael Hunt

I have been writing for the past 11 years. I was introduced to song writng by my brother as a means of self expression. I have tried to hone my craft by listening to great song writers, such as Micheal Franks, and how they phrase their thoughts, how they create melodies and the meter of their rhyme. Until recently, my songs have been medeocre at best. I have been elevated, mostly through prayer, to where I am today. My music accurately captures my inner most thoughts and emotions in a way that is spiritual yet commercial. In 2004, I contributed to a children's play entitled "Before the People Came". The play was written by a very talented playright, Jeff Obafemi Carr. Since then I have contributed to the albums of notable Indie artist. Namely Alex Stadaker and Tina Glenn. Tina Glenn was discovered by Grammy nominated producer Roger Ryan. I contributed two songs to her debut album: "You Can Make It and "What I Know". I am looking forward towards the future, which glows with promise.
