Rare Vos is the creative vision of Derek Collinsworth, Mark Szymanski, Stefan Franklin.
Influenced by blues, jazz, and folk, but never straying from their rock roots, Rare Vos creates a sound that leaves no audience member feeling left out. The band's use of a wide variety of instruments gives them the freedom to explore many types of music. Their lack of genre classification serves as the perfect backdrop to Collinsworth's lyrics, exploring everything from the idiocy of pop culture to the emotional turmoil hidden behind every one's living room curtains.
