     RA$H born Rashad Kirkland,Jr. in the city of Atlantic City, New Jersey to a single mother and raised by his grandmother is becoming one of Hip-Hop's rising stars and vows to bring "Real" Hip-Hop back . As a young child, Rashad excelled in school becoming a straight A student throughout grade-school. Besides after school activities, Rashad was a big fan of the spoken word and competed in several oratorical contests and poetry jams. In the 6th grade, Rashad discovered the art of Hip-Hop and from there on, he has continued to practice that art. During music class, Rashad would perform for his classmates and would battle others in the school yard. Up until his Freshman year in High-School, Hip-Hop had only been a hobby but in the Summer of 2013, Rashad and his good friend Shade formed a group by the name of "United Music Militia" in hopes to bring back the old-school style of Hip-Hop while adding their own flavor. RA$H himself is set to release the LP "Sleeping To Escape" on the 11/22/2014.
