Post Event Review:

Friday Night Detroit's rock band "Sponge" performed at Miller Hall as part of a benefit for restoration considerations of the stage area. While Sponge played all their hits and everyone had a great time the talk of the night was the support act "Rattletrap" Three guys and a girl played an hour and never stopped. Feedback was the only way one knew a song was finished. Great energy and toe tapping songs. "This one will get your toes a tapping and your ****** flapping" was one line singer and bassist Chris Troy commented between songs. They were like a cross between the "Stray Cats" and "Hank Three" and kept the hall rocking during their set, said Senior Bill Fresnal. Over twenty three hundred dollars was made from the event says a representative of Miller Hall. Future events such as the "Sponge" show are being planned. - The Northend Review
