Kamphund (Single), Achtung Panzer (Single), Det Finns Bara Krig (Album)
Kamphund was released as a free download on Raubtiers myspace. It quickly became a hit on the swedish metal scene and was picked up for radio. It remained the most wanted song on Bandit Rock 106-3, swedens main hardrock radiochannel, for six weeks. The next single, Achtung Panzer is still on radio rotation and the eagerly awaited full-length album "Det Finns Bara Krig" had a huge pre-order list at selected retailers and was released to a loving public March 25th, 2009.

Hailing from the small town of Haparanda, near the Finnish border on the far northern tip of Sweden, the fearful industry metal of Raubtier is sure to make an immediate impression. With his finnish-swedish accent, Nordic Battlegroup soldier and immensly terrifying frontman Hulkoff give Raubtier their army-influenced sound, placing them somewhere between Rammstein and Rob Zombie.

In a musical climate where image and posing play a huge part, there's a strange feeling of joy when you come across something truly dreadful.

Raubtier have made a hard impact on the swedish metal scene. Some scratch their heads wondering whether they are a joke since their music is so catchy while unyeldingly hard. Can it really be true that industrial metal can be powerfully envigorating and uplifting to a party. Raubtier is no joke, they are what they play: Hard, Grim and full of spitefull life. Just like the nature in Haparanda.
