Bio

Who is Ray Goss?Young Blaze is dead. Ray Goss is his resurrection. He’s the B-Boy from Fairview Heights, IL that is no longer a rap, but a lyrical statement. So genuine to even use his government name to confirm his eccentric flows. He is inspired to deliver such expression with the motive to evaporate the “young and dumb” genre of hip hop, as he interprets his self ventilation. Driven to write as an adolescent, by a family oriented recording label and an elder artist of the label. Young Blaze then wrote about the materials exploited on videos and television he could not have, but Ray grew into HIMSELF, not those things. Young Blaze was an image that pierced Ray to the streets even though he was raised well grounded as a child. Now cured from the hip hop plague Ray just uses DOPE bars as word play. Mr. Goss introduces his redemption to music with his prolific single “Preach”. This single displays symbolism as a hip hop artist. Rev Ray captures his congregation with a poetic sermon and metaphoric realism. “Preach” is visual for Ray Goss and his objective for hip hop music along with anticipating independent discovery. The single was produced by Matt Sawicki aka M. Sleezy.“I walked into the studio, heard the track, and knew exactly how I wanted to lace it immediately.” He uses J.G. Gates (Winner of 2007 McDonalds Soul Search) to serenade the hook. Ray boils with energy in this composition while stating this is me, this is music, and these are true lyrics. Ray Goss is an experienced story teller when it comes to rap. It’s uncommon for such a young artist to have a retro hop sound with nourishing bars. Goss is well connected with himself, his fans and his drive for hip hop. As he continues to get his ill noise heard, have your ears wide open for the Buzzworthy mix tape coming soon.
