Bio
Rayshoanne is a multi-talented singer/songwriter currently residing in Los Angeles, CA. Originally a Florida native, Rayshoanne began his singing career in church along-side his family. He has taken that gospel background and fused it with soft rock and R&B to create his own unique vocal sound and lyrical style. He has spent time playing with bands and in addition to his music career, has also worked professionally as an actor doing shows on NBC, MTV, and CBS with such artists as Shia Lebouf, Nick Cannon, and Jena Lee Nolan. Having the intense personality of an actor, Rayshoanne throws emotion into his music and peformances and moves his listeners emotionally with his angelic voice and thoughtful storytelling. He is currently working on his first solo project entitled; "I'm Black" an effort with commercially appealing love songs and socially conscious tunes endowed with his personal experiences.
Influences: Prince, The Frames, Rachelle Ferrell, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Metallica, and Billy Joel to name only a few.
