Going through some of my emails late last night, I decided to see what were the recent submissions were about. This was the first one I checked out because I fell in love with their cover and as soon as I seen it I was expecting something different from normal submissions.

Real Reflection is a trio consisting of producer, Benny Jetts, and rappers, Ronje & T’naire, located in Atlanta, Georgia. The group in every sense is still young, consisting of high-school juniors and a senior. The group met at a talent show in 2009 and a few showcases, singles, and one mixtape later they have finally released their second mixtape, Vintage Laser Tag EP. The group released its last project in 2010, and in mere days, the number of downloads their first tape clocked was surpassed by Vintage Laser Tag.

The hip-hop scene in Atlanta, especially amongst the youth, has strayed away from the stereotype.
