So there you have it…a new kid on the block and a veteran in the Australian Music Industry have come together…. History in the making???? Jim Shipston Managing director of BMG, who was a VIP guest at the Australian Gospel Music Awards in November 1994, said “the music industry should be looking at the Christian/Gospel community for their future stars” and we believe Rebecca C is a serious candidate for the call.

Don't wanna be a terrorist lover
Words & Music by Rebecca Cucinotta, Pina Cala, James Hollands & Danny Simcic.
Copyright 2007

You crush me. I crush you.
We both think we are right, so
You judge me, I judge you.
We use our words as weapons.

What is wrong? What is right?
Will we ever end the fight?

On and on we plant these devices.
We wanna be the sacrifice.
That’s how we keep these bridges burning.
Will we ever learn?

You hurt me. I hurt you.
We build our walls of defence.
You fail me. I fail you.
To proud to surrender.

What is wrong? What is right?
Will we ever end the fight?

On and on we plant these devices.
We wanna be the sacrifice.
That’s how we keep these bridges burning.
Will we ever learn?
I threaten you. Threaten me
Now where wounded on the ground
Crying, I don’t wanna be a terrorist lover anymore.

Doesn’t have to be this way.
One by one, let’s stand up and say,
We want a revolution where peace and freedom reign always.

On and on we plant these devices.
We wanna be the sacrifice.
That’s how we keep these bridges burning.
Will we ever learn?

I threaten you. Threaten me
Now we’re wounded on the ground,
Crying out right now.
You anger me. I anger you.
Now we’re wounded on the ground.
Shouting, I don’t wanna be a terrorist lover anymore.
I threaten you. Threaten me.
Now where wounded on the ground,
Crying, I don’t wanna be a terrorist lover, I don’t wanna be a terrorist lover,
I don’t wanna be a terrorist lover, anymore.

Don’t want fear no more,
Is the playground safe?
No more tears and pain.
Life is not a game.
