Bio

REBECCA FREDERICK

A Little Closer Look
In one word: Diversity. From her voice to her songwriting, Rebecca’s music could easily fit into several musical genres; country, pop, blues, and more. Audiences are truly overwhelmed by her stage presence and the clarity and sincerity in her voice.
Just one performance is all it takes to become a fan.

Where it all began.
Born into the beautiful country of Argentina to a family of missionaries Rebecca Frederick grew up learning their language and it’s culture. Rebecca has always had music in her blood. She started at an early age in church with her sisters singing
harmonies and then solos. “ I have always had a dream of singing professionally, I love singing before an audience and I have always felt at home doing just that.”

The Here And The Now
Rebecca now lives in the heart of Oklahoma. She is not in bad company since a lot of well-known stars made it from there. Reba McEntire, Toby Keith, Vince Gill, Blake Shelton just to name a few.
"I'm so priviledged to have my roots in a place that has produced so many talented artists. I feel honored to be connected to them.
I hope my concerts are never just about my voice, but also about my writing, the power of music and lyrics...the songs are what make me want to do this for the rest of my life!"

"Musical influences:
Judds, Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Tammy Wynette, Linda Ronstadt, The Mommas & the Pappas, Simon & Garfunkel, Jae L. Stillwell, the McSwain, Patsy Cline, Andrew Loyd Webber, Amy
Grant, Alison Krauss, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles and my mom."
