Bio
I started with Musical Theatre and Classical voice training at the age of 12 to give my voice a good support. At the age of 15 I started to write songs on the piano which I can now play by ear. I have been scouted for talent shows such as the X Factor but do not want to go down that route. I was working on an artist development programme with a record label in London after being scouted at Open Mic but have pulled out short term because of travelling and recording costs. I am the chosen aritst the only one from Wales and the S West to receive a 15 min spot to Joan ARmatrading in cardiff in October and recentlyplayed a big festival here in Wales. I am working with the songwriter Amy Wadge who has written with Ed Sheeran. I am hoping to record my new original songs for my first EP to be released later this year or early in 2013 and to get as many gigs and festival slots as possible. I am also a regular perfomer on BBC Radio Wales.
