Bio

Rebel Heart Irish Dancers have quickly built a solid reputation with their unique choreography and stage presence. Their extensive performance resume continues to expand since their inception in January, 2007. Among their accomplishments is a collaboration with the world fusion band, Celtic Crossroads at the Wildwood NJ Convention Center in August 2010 and with Scythian in October 2011.

Rebel Heart has developed a program to educate, inspire, and motivate students to get involved with the arts. Designed for day cares, schools, libraries, and college groups, this entertaining presentation has been praised by students and teachers alike.

Throughout the year, Rebel Heart dancers attract audiences at Irish pubs, large community festivals, multi-cultural events, charity fund-raisers, and other venues near their studio in South Central PA. They are currently expanding their touring ventures after many successful shows in Harrisburg, they have made appearances in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Ohio, Georgia, Montana and California.

"Inspirations," their first feature-length stage production, sold out in May, 2010. They produced another successful stage show with two performances in May, 2011 entitled "Innovations."

They are currently developing a collaboration performance to raise money for Hurricane Sandy Relief to be held in February 2013, as well as their third stage show "Illuminations."
